Homebrew Out of region titles not appearing

I've used Hans to set the region and the language but it doesn't show up on the home menu

It won't. That's not how hans works. If you want region free home menu loading get a CFW.

It sounds to me like you're selecting Home Menu as your target. You should be selecting the game itself.
