Guys I have a N3DS FW 10.3 with the gridlauncher and I have seen that I can use out-of-region .CIAs with it, but how? I have followed the steps but it is not working for some reason. I installed Dream Team (USA) in my Europe system and I can't find it anywhere.

Aiii. You'll need to set up emuNAND when your sysnand is 9.2 or lower ( Can be done by downgrading)

You can install legit cias on 10.3, but I don't know if Dream Team is a legit cia.

Ah ok >:/ To install/open it as regionfree you need to use rxTools or some other custom fw, or fmp tho
i've heard that i can launch a region free game by the arrow on the bottom left corner of the gridlauncher

it is acctualy using hans to boot games soo...
No that's just accessing your homemenu from the HBL, I think. Don't you need to launch HANS and then click on the game

Dream Team *is* a legit cia, it came with a special 3dsxl bundle

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
