pardon me if the question been asked so many times. But how can one install out of region cia file?. currently im on USA, how can I install cia from EUR?

thanks man, i do already done it using plailect until the end. its a success. so I already have luma, hourglass n fbi.. so im good right?.

Yeah. Just install through FBI and launch it.
