Sorry if this was posted 100 times already, the forum search is flimsy and google just shows how to downgrade your system.

I have tried "Tobidase Animal Forest" from that iso site both .CIA patched and .3DS converted from myself and all had to be launched via hans and not the home menu.

Help.

I think some jpn games need language emulation plugin from ntr.
The latest Luma3DS now support language emulation.
Try to play using latest cfw.

N3DS Emu 10.7U Lu?aCFW Latest with Language patch on.

By language patch I thought you meant the NTR one.
Your file is probably corrupted :L
Another rom .cia should work.

Are you saying you tried it with NTR and Luma3DS at the same time? Perhaps try with one at a time then (I've no idea if that would mess something up)...also, with Luma what does the file you made for the game in the 'locales' folder look like?
