Given their tremendous success they're sure to release more products in the future, and all future microSD based flashcarts will need to support SDHC to compete.

I doubt that they would release a new cart if the only improvement was SDHC support.

Maybe not release a new cart then, but maybe update the R4 so all future versions bought would support SDHC
This would be another selling point, as seeing as they are sooo cheep, i doubt many current R4 owners would mind that much purchasing another?
