Any flashcart that stores its firmware in a seperate bit of internal flash memory might be able to support SDHC with an update, but that update would have to be installed from a regular SD card.Which current cards might be able to support MicroSDHC with a firmware update?
Potentially, yes, but there are other issues with those carts that would have to be fixed as well. I don't think either cart supports FAT32, and the EZ4 has a limit of 80 files in a folder. It would take a major reworking of the software, and I really doubt that's going to happen now that both companies have new carts to support.OOooh... that's interesting. So that goes for Slot-2 as well? I.E. a firmware that I put on my 1gb Kingston and into my Supercard Micro or EZ-FlashIV and once updated - I can put a 4GB SDHC in?

R4 only support micro sd, no sdhc, they are different.Does the R4 support 4GB MicroSD cards?
Because if i remember correctly, it supports Fat32 aswell as Fat16?
If not, do you reckon they will release a new R4 with MicroSDHC compatibility?

I haven't had any issues with the sandisk 4GB so far. Apparently the 6 and 8GB versions will be class 4, same as Tosh.
