ive obtained the game Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan and unfortunatly its in jap
i realy would like it to atleast have a english menu and maybe the comics

I dont think that anyone is going to translate the menu as it is easy to navigate without without knowing Japanese.
The comics would never be done as that would involve editing the whole image which would take time. If you need help, try going to gamefaqs as they have excellent guides and forums to help with this sort of thing.

Is there a way to Extract/replace/edit the comics though?

I have no idea. All I know is that the game is easy enough to play as it is and doesn't need a translation.

Very true, the game is nearly identical to elite beat agents in menus and options as well.
