Original xbox to ps2 converter with wireless ps2 controller?

I came across this and got the idea to buy a wireless ps2 controller to see if that will work. Though I was wondering if anyone has tested this theory. Since wireless ps2 controllers are cheaper and easier to find I think it would be an awesome idea for wireless connectivity for the og xbox.

This should work fine, both the Xbox and PS2 controllers are based off the USB standard just with connectors. You may find a button or two are in strange places but this all comes down to who designed the adapter and if they corrected for differing button placement

Are there any programs that let you adjust controller input? I'm assuming I'd loose rumble features but eh.
