Original 'Guilty Gear' Port In The Works For Switch, PS4, and PC

    Originally released in 1998 for the PS1, the original Guilty Gear is making a comeback on modern consoles!

    Ark System Works made the announcement during a live stream yesterday, marking the series' 20th anniversary.


    However, no release date was announced for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC versions.

    Guilty Gear
    is currently available as a PSOne Classic for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita in Japan and Europe.

    Nice. Has one of the hardest end video game bosses for a fighting game ever. I hope it's released as a physical copy.

    Heh, nice. I already own an original copy of the game for the PS1; and indeed, that Justice fight is ridiculous. I sorta like this game's version of Writhe in Pain better, as it has that epic ending to it that isn't in any of the "X" games.

    I never played the original GG even though I LOVE the sequels...
    Maybe I should give it a try...

    Neat, I honestly didn't catch on to the series until X for the Dreamcast.
