Homebrew Organising the Homebrew Channel 1.0

So, according to the New change log they changed up the meta compatibility.

I was REALLY hoping that with the new release they would of allowed us to organize the apps in the style of the Wii system menu (A+B drag)...

At the moment I'm just organizing them alphabetically e.g

1 Snes GX

2 Mplayer

3 Genesis

Just labeling the description with numbers etcetc

Is there another way?

Yeah i read the changelog again and got this....

"Wiimotes now keep the ordering from the System Menu (libogc) (note: they’ll switch again when you boot apps that haven’t been updated like HBC has - but they would have switched anyway, and HBC can use all Wiimotes, so you don’t lose anything while those apps are updated)"


Guess i got kinda confused...

Oh and digitydogs do you use rapidshare?

yeah that's the only way as your'e doing it.....as HBC is only in alphabetical order not customised...and it will be a long time till we get another update to the HBC

i've used rapidshare from time to time, prefer megaupload as it doesn't have the 10 download limit.

I think more people should check out Homebrew Channel Launcher, you can do sooooo many things with it. Here are a few.

- Customise, skins, font, colour order etc etc.
- Add sub directories EG: Emulators\Nintendo\Nes, or snes etc etc. App\Media\ all your media etc.
- SMB

You can change all the text to any language you want, it has much more features than I mentioned (but I'm busy/lazy so won't list them all), check it out won't hurt a bit

HBL is rubbish, sometimes it doesn't load the app, or it crashes trying to load, and it resets the wii each time you return i hate it*
