Ordered EZFlash like 2 months ago, still nothing. Should I dispute payment?

    I ordered from RHS in the Hong Kong branch. Tracking number never worked to begin with and I've emailed them twice about it. Here's the most recent email that I got on 10/29:

    due to last month Hongkongpost take full inspection for all packages,
    and EZiv have a small battery, Hongkongpost reject it
    our shipping company change other post,
    the packages are all delay ,, please wait for it,
    you can check our shipping company data, www.sfcservice.com
    the number is QK6870309010010
    they may choice swiss post to ship,
    will take longer.. if you receive it, let me know,
    we will make claim to shipping company,
    we are sorry for this issue,
    we do this business many years, never happen before
    same of this date, some customer already receive the packages this week,
    please wait for more days, you will get it

    It is likely sitting in US customs.

    From what was listed it said, Departured from SFC warehouse. Where it is exactly now, don't know.

    If you have to sign for it, did you forget to pick it up from the post office. If you did forget, it was likely sent back to sender by now.

    I never even got a letter to pick up. This is ridiculous.
