Hacking ORAS: Where is the data for individual Pokemon stored in RomFS?

I am looking for where certain kinds of data are found, such as Pokemon Cries (I want to replace with old ones because nostalgia), and where Egg group data is stored, such that I can change a Pokemon's Egg group (for hacking reasons), as well as level up moves and egg moves. Dumping the RomFS leads to a bunch of CRO files. Dumping Fire Emblem Fates yielded more BIN files, so I'm kinda at a loss of what to do here, if even anything.
