Phones are getting bigger, and a lot of phones are adapting an 18:9 (taller) aspect ratio. Some apps have moved their navigation bars to the bottom of the screen so they are more accessible with one finger. GBAtemp should do the same, even if as an option.

How would that look? Because I can not name any site that uses the navigation bar in the bottom.
Something like this, probably.

This design is mainly only adapted by apps yet.

The site is fine as is and unless you got a phone the size of a tablet, you can easily browse everything just fine while holding it with one hand:P

One of the main reason I put the hamburger menu in the top right corner is to make it easier to reach without reshuffling your grip on your phone.

Though in retrospect left handed members are getting a bum deal

Maybe I should make a left handed mode an option?

4.6 inch screen here. Maybe I'm holding the phone wrong or have tiny hands.
Probably the latter, mine are fairly big. You know though, if the issue is not that it's at the top but that it's at the side, how about instead of moving to bottom it's moved to the opposite side for left handed people?

I hate the temps and every other sites mobile site design anyway so it doesn't really bother me much having the ui the same on mobile as pc

Honestly depends on your phone size and hand size. As someone who has rather small hands and a larger phone than I would like, this isn't a bad idea and would defintely increase my usability of the site, so I'd be inclined to agree with this suggestion.
