Thanks to Thug4L1f3 for pointing this one out.

Equally in case you missed it a couple of nice XBLA releases
Yars_Revenge_XBLA_XBOX360-XBLAplus
The_Dishwasher_Vampire_Smile_XBLA_XBOX360-XBLAplus DL
Red_Faction_Battlegrounds_XBLA_XBOX360-XBLAplus
Might_and_Magic_Clash_of_Heroes_XBLA_XBOX360-XBLAplus (a port of the DS game of the same name by the sounds of things- the XBLA puzzle quest 2 port was pretty good)

Operation.Flashpoint.Red.River.XBOX360-SWAG
Unknown region locking (looks like it is region free)

If it is region free that is nice as the US release is apparently still set for early June (April 21st according to UK amazon).

The last one on the 360 featured a nice co-op LAN mode, co-optimus has this pegged only as live though.
Borrowing the Amazon description once again.
Between Afghanistan and China, the world’s next flashpoint is about to erupt. The valleys, towns and mountains of Tajikistan will become bloody frontlines for the might of the People’s Liberation Army, insurgent guerrilla fighters and the United States Marine Corps.

You and your fireteam can make a difference. How much is up to you. It’s not the soldier with the most expensive gun or the biggest heart who wins on the battlefield. It’s the smartest. Semper Fi, Marine.

Game Features

Go closer to the experience of the US Marines on campaign with the ultimate tactical infantry shooter
Stand together with 4 player drop-in drop-out online co-op multiplayer in campaign mode and standalone Fire Team Engagements
Become immersed in an engrossing narrative which unfolds over three acts in campaign mode
Play as Grenadier, Scout, Rifleman and Automatic Rifleman classes, each with unique strengths and weaknesses for increased replayability
Earn and spend XP on weapons, attachments and abilities for each of the fireteam’s specialists
Call in Combat Support such as Mortars, Howitzers and JDAMs, whilst AH-1Z Helicopters and A-10 Ground Attack Aircraft provide Close Air Support

I am not sure where the region data is in an iso but if you can try forcing an extraction early on and making sure it is region free (games, much less "big" fps titles, with this much lag before a US release are so rarely region free). SWAG are a good group and usually do label things (although they got a couple of nukes for badly labelled releases) but until I get confirmation I do not want to call it.

I was watching some of the videos and it looks like it might be good. This being said it only became bearable when I got system link going on in the last game (that I would have to solo a mission as my team AI left a lot to be desired)- got to love having a friend with a sniper rifle providing overwatch.
