anyone tried this , does it install like a vc wad ?

its finished downloading , in the archive is

TITLE > content and data folders
TICKET > ticket files

is this a group of files that needs to be converted to .wadim not sure

If there is no .WAD file, then they need to be packed
are there .app's?

I'd recommend finding the other release, which is already in wad format. That's what I used.
