Well I was bored so I got a screwdriver and opened up my legit GBA cartridges mostly because I switched around all the games to trick my brother, it was actually pretty funny everytime he tried to play Pokemon Ruby he ended up with Spiderman 2 but anyway..... When opening up Pokemon Ruby there was a large red and silver thing over the chip and none of the other games inculding other Pokemon games had it. So the question is, what is it? My guess is something to do with the real time thingy but I have no clue.

    Anyway heres a pic:

Consider yourself lucky you could open it.
I tried some power tools on my EZ-Flash II and nothing. The thing is sealed for several centuries.
