    Think this goes here.
After opening Megaman StarForce, i noticed several bin files.
One being the custom.bin and such. Now, what i wanna do is open the bin file that contains the image data of the faces that are there. What i wanna do is change them.
Question is. How? How do i extract the data from the bin files and open it up in say, paint?
What i wanna do is, extract the data, open in paint, edit it, and put all back togheter again.

Open them with a tile editor and see if they're in the same format as GBA graphics. If they're not or they're compressed, then good luck figuring out the format.

    Well, that sure didnĀ“t help.
I opened it with Tile Layer Pro. All i got was green pixels.

Most compression on DS roms seems to be LZ able to be decompressed by the BIOS functions (and consequently the myriad GBA decompression apps).

In this case if all you want are sprites can I suggest an emulator, I have not kept up on PC side emulation but desmume had a graphics viewer last I checked.
