Hacking Opening.bnr / icon.bin

Would be nice if some one could make a gui that only display's the animated icons inside the opening.bnr instead of installing them as an channel. So a gui / loader that will list your games on usb and display all animated "icons" in a gui thing. After clicking on a icon it will launch the game.

is there allready a loader or tool that can do this?

so there isn't any loader that has this option. they all use downloadable covers....
This would be a nice option to all loaders I ques.
