They've been around forever, located in New York, and sell NTSC-U/J stuff. As well as toys and weird crap from Japan.

I can only second ncsx, nice shop, fast delivery and reasonable pricing.
On the other hand play-asia.com, yesasia.com, dcslinks.com and dvdboxoffice.com are also shipping NTSC-Wii stuff worldwide. That's all I can think of for now, hope it helps.
