R4i released a fix for this:

R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe Edition Firmware 3.2

In case you don't know, R4i is the same group that works on 3DS Link, so 3DS Link users can also download this. Since they cut the time to copy Gateway's launcher, they ended up having a buggy release so here were the consequences.

Took them like a week to release 3.1 after Gateway releases theirs. I thought Gateway users also had this problem?

No, it's obvious that something went wrong when they ported GW's launcher. If I remember well, they took only 4 days to release their 3.1 after GW released the second beta, when the first time they took 7 or 8 days.

So i just put the new launcher into the sd cart that's it? I don't understand what they wrote in the txt file

With the new 3.2 i don't have any trouble with save games.

Anyone have any issues with 3.2 and saving problems? Cause I don't but they released a new 3.3 firmware

Also no savings or stability issues so I would recommend only use 3.3 if you have problems.
