gba injection is absolutely better for the games that save right, no frame issues, no slowdowns, like you're playing in a real gba (if you patch away ghosting and artificial dark screen)
snes, i'd say, on o3ds you cant inject at all anyway. but the new snes9x emulator is running extremely well. if you have adstwo, compare and see which one suits you best

Definitely use the Old 3DS injection and emulators for 3DS. You can't even properly play NES games on DSTwo because resolution is too low.
