so i downloded preloader but got little problem, when i wanted to download homebrew browser it didnt show up on my usb. Sd card shows every app i instaled with my modmii but anything else does not showing up. Is there some solution how to fix usb not showing?

you are trying to download the homebrew browser, or you are trying to download other apps using the homebrew browser.
You can get the HBB and other apps from ModMii's download page 2, should be working if you are properly manually copying apps to your sd card, modmii isn't doing anything special there.
Also make sure you are getting apps from ModMii, wii.guide, or oscwii.org. If you got the HBB from a different source it may be outdated and trying to grab files from a dead server.

For me if you want to emulate the DS the best option is on Android, use DraStic and a controller that holds your phone... it's clunky but it works insanely well. The next best option in my opinion is using a New 3DS XL, not really emulation but hacked it works really well. -
