The issue with the remotes disconnecting could indeed be related to the Bluetooth. Since all your remotes are official and you've tried different ones, it might be worth checking if there's any interference nearby. Also, you could try resetting the Bluetooth module on the Wii. If that doesn't work, it might be a hardware issue. Consider reaching out to a repair specialist if you're not comfortable troubleshooting further.
I have multiple Wii's and the remotes work on those. I tried also launching into an app the other day with a gamecube controller that I borrowed from a friend and it black screened. I am afraid that it may be a flash issue like @morning_glory has said with the corrupted saves and the flash is, unfortunately, going bad. I have no idea, what or how, to even fix that. It could be bluetooth as well... I just don't know.

As for the flash going bad, I guess you better have good soldering skills.
As for the BT possibly being fucked, reseat the bluetooth board(? I'm not well-versed on the specifics of Wii innards..) and see if that changes anything.

Might be worth it to run syscheck on the trouble console and a good console. Compare them. What's different?
I would still run ModMii to update the trouble console. Xflak has updated it recently (well maybe that was 2 years ago now).

I tried to run Syscheck, and I can't. The closest I have been was when I used a gamecube controller I borrowed from a friend and I could not... It just blackscreened. I am sorry it has been a while. Got sick.

Check the sensor bar.
That thing is notorious for unsyncing the remote.
Also the batteries.
And get a 3rd patty remote, you might not like em but this is a good way to check stuff. Wii mote Motion and Motion + don't work on HB apps

Also check the back of that sensor bar, mine has come unloose for no reason at all at weird times :-?, and push it in right. I thought my cord was pushed in and it was not several times

I do not think it is the sensor bar or the remotes, like I have said, because I use the same sensor bar on all of my Wii's and it works fine. I have tried an official Wii remote with no extensions like Wii Motion Plus. It connects in the Wii menu, but immediately disconnects as soon as I launch into an app.
