First of all, don't hate on me if this topic is in the wrong section.

So I recently switched from backup dvd's to an external hard drive and I was in the process of transferring backups from discs to my hdd and s bunch of the discs don't run in the usb loader and I tried running 'em in the neogamma backup launcher with the same result. I don't understand why some discs don't work and I know that these discs that no longer work did work before and the worst part is that these are some of the best wii games out there.

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

    Maybe mediocre quality disc?

Backup disc useally last beween 5 to 10 years. After they are burnt.
Or you'd have to have very good Quality.

There are brands that suck. And only last a couple of months.

Most of the discs that are erroring are the same brand as ones that don't have an issue [IMG]

Like Hielkenator is that some disc just do not last that long. Even if newer burnt games still work doesnt mean the ones that have been burnt for a while, will go "bad". Just think of the disc as having an expiration date and after that date passes the disk can not be read anymore. Better brands will last longer the the cheaper brands. Plus the Wii laser does not help the matter either because I have had games that dont load in the Wii but I could take the same disc and but in my PC and dump the game then install it to the wii and it work perfect.
