For the original problem with the screen flickering, it could be your battery is too old and shot where it's tee-tottering providing enough current / voltage. Check my signature to links for replacement SPR-003 battery. For those not in North America or Japan as official batteries are hold to come by outside those regions/country, I recommend the Cellonic brand (if you're in Europe) and/or [ Cameron Sino | Cellephone] (global).

and about my old3ds xl it will be fixed after i will get my r4 gold plus but it is unavailable right now in my country so have to order it from outside which will probably will take a month i think and about that flickering u think its becuz of my battery and i need to replace it
