ROM Hack Old 3ds Ultra SUMO NTR plugin not working with NTR 3.6

I put the specific pluginfolders in the main plugin folder, I have UM intalled, I have NTR 3.6, and I even made the locale txt file for US ENG.

I boot NTR and then load UM, but the green flash doesn't happen. Select does nothing.

What's going wrong here?

You need Boot NTR Selector Mode 3 for o3DS.
You also need the old 3DS plugin - the New 3DS plugin will not work.

You don't need an English text file since it's in English by default.
