  1. Your device should have rebooted into the Luma3DS configuration menu
  2. Use the (A) button and the D-Pad to turn on the following:
    • “Show NAND or user string in System Settings”
  3. Press (Start) to save and reboot
    • If you get an error, just continue the next page
(personally, I have: Enable loading external Firms; Enable game patching; Shown NAND or user..., Show GBA boot...; Disable ARM11...)

you follow this: https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup
But before, put homebrew launcher on SD: https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases/latest

ok then will fbi be on there? as that how I know how to install games
can I unhack it? and start again?
Once you follow the finalizing setup (but before put the homebrew launcher on your SD) it will be there.
Yes, you can, but there is no reason for it. You can't hack it better, you would end up with the same stuff.

put luma on 4gb sd card copy and pasted what was on 4gb on a 64 gb for games but power light flashing again but if put 4bg back in it works

ignore that part. formatted sd card to fat32 instead of exfat32 and now working

HELP 64gb sd card wont work in 3ds. even thought formatted to fat32. HELP

Watch this:
Try not to only rely on video tutorials because a lot out there has outdated information. Some do not warn you about repercussions for the more advanced hacking techniques. Always cross check with 3ds.hacks.guide and GBAtemp search tool.

If you have further questions, come on over to:

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah it works great but it's the obvious Ds factor you loose from it it's not like playing atari games on atari because Nintendo actually use to give a reason to buy their hardware

I just like game consoles how they were intended to play if they have a unique enough reason to buy them anything else yeah just download emulation for it

I used a vertical touch 22" monitor for playing some 3DS games through Citra.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Can't be that far off from it not like ds requires super hardware
  • HiradeGirl @ HiradeGirl:
@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen.
  • SwordShielder @ SwordShielder:
    Use a TV
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    Citra allows it already?
  • HiradeGirl @ HiradeGirl:
    Yes.

    Looks nice too
