Is there a way where I can go onto the Wii Shop Channel on 4.0? and i heard Internet Channel is free, could someone provide a ID to the download using NUS Downloader? I really don't want to update...

try Wii Shop Channel Updater.

just use the v16 version on NUSD and pack it into wad form then install it via wadmanager
worked for me just now.

and on NUS Downloader... I get NUS (404)... i'll have to try downloading it on the shop...

then click start NUS Download
