Hacking ok so pre-ordered monster hunter tri but..

so heres the dealeo cool cats

iv preordered monster hunter tri and bought red steel 2 (because i dont like pirating 100% of the time) but my wii is soft modded and god knows iv been out of the scene for months so...

1) will my wii have trouble playing the games (because its soft modded)
2) its been months since i even used my wii so will i have to update
3) if i let an update run from the disc will it brick my wii
4) if it will brick my wii how do i block the update or update my wii manually

install priiloader to block disc updates the update from disc will temp remove homebrew but that can easily be brought back
u dont have to update if u dont want to
and u can still play your retail games even if softmodded

kwl pretty sure iv already got pre loader installed what was the button u hold down to bring up the preloader menu again :S
