So, I was at my local gamestop today, and I saw a used copy of Runefactory 3 for sale. (The box said pre-owned on it, important point, it was the game BOX.). Anyway, took it to register and much to my surprise, the guy handed me a factory-sealed version of the game. So what do I do? Do I open it? I already have a copy on my DSTWO, so I'm contemplating it....What do I do?

so let me get this straight, you payed the used price for a new game? I don't see why you would need to return it. The fluke's on him not you. Open it if you want.

It was sealed but said pre owned on it. I was contemplating opening it if the game is somewhat valuable. >> If it was, I wanted to keep max value.

Sealed and factory sealed are very different. That could just be a resealed copy. It's a service that anybody can have done. It's especially easy to make DS games look new with a simple shrink wrapping.

Okay first, go to the store and ask to buy another one and see if the same thing happens. Now you have 2 and you'll make even more cash! Unless you want to keep the second one for playing [IMG]
