Hacking ok I have the gcn loader theta running but what is the cmios rev files

I installed the mios patcher and am using the loader fine, I just have 2 questions

1. Do I have to/should I, install the cMios rev3 file I found on here?...I have no idea what it does(please tell me)

2. I am looking to buy a 3rd party/aftermarket gamecube memory card, is there any programs for wii(hbc) that I can use to send files to and from the card?

2.5. what is the best memory card to use for the loader?

mios rev3 is waninkoko's version of the patched mios, just like mios patcher is wiigator's version
you can only have 1 mios, so installing another will overwrite the previous one
reading and writing to GC memorycard can be done with NuGaSa

i heard NuGaSa does not work with official cards though

I believe it was linkinworm that said sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.
