Hello to everyone,

I had a oled modchipped switch.
Ofw don't work, after official logo black screen, i have done backup boot e gpp.
I have proceed follow level 2 new method by stethyx, and after i proceed with systemwipe.
Now OFW work properly bur lockpick have two errors that I'm asking to solve in dedicated thread.
Now i have 2 doubts if i can go online with OFW, firstly because in level 2 procedure I use my key but i use donor as oer procedure, and if i have this error on prod key probably it will be recognised by manufacturer.
In any case i ask an help to the community in order to restart any restore and follow a correct procedure if any.
Thank you for share and help me

PRODINFO has to be your own to go online. Use NxNanadManager to restore prodinfo partition from your backup.
rebuild is actually fine go online if you are using your own prod.key and prodinfo to rebuild system&user partitions, just do a recovery reset to be sure it is clean after 1st boot.

Okay, I'll try to explain the current situation and the steps I've taken:

  1. Received Modded OLED Chip: After launching the original firmware (OFW), the screen went black after the Nintendo logo.
  2. Dumps: I've successfully dumped boot0, boot1, and GPP, including the prod.key(secure save).
  3. Recovery: Following several attempts and the level 2 procedure from Sthetyx, along with a system memory card wipe, the OFW is now functioning correctly.
  4. Payload Lockpick: When attempting to launch Payload Lockpick, I've encountered errors as shown in the image above.
Request:

  1. Returning to Official Status: Is it possible to revert the system back to its original, official state to avoid potential bans?
  2. Resolving Lockpick Errors: How can I fix the errors I'm experiencing with Payload Lockpick?

If the NAND backup is after the booting black screen it is quite useless, you need your original NAND that is in good working condition. Do you know what modchip you have?

Can you enter maintenance mode in original nand? I had a switch doing the same thing before, black screen after switch/nintendo logo, did a factory reset in maintenance mode and everything's working again.

Also you shouldn't have used level 2 guide since you have a semi-working emmc and your own dump, a factory reset in maintenance mode or format user partition should fix it. Worst case you just need to reinstall system titles

Just do a emmc restore in hekate (hope you didn't update your system otherwise you'll have fuse mismatch) then boot ofw, but after tapping the icon in hekate hold down vol+ and vol-, it should boot to maintenance mode, from there do a factory reset. That should fix it.

If it doesn't work you can try to use nxnandmanager to format user partition. If that still doesn't work, use emmchaccgen to generate system titles with your own prod.key, copy them to system partition with nxnandmanager. I think this part is covered in sthetix's unbrick guide

I have done user format not work.

After system partition format and copy, OFW come back to work, but prod.keys come back with errors.
I tried to copy "users" folder generate with emummc, but same problem.

So you need to use emmchaccgen to generate system titles and copy them to system partition for it to boot?

That's weird, I've rebuilt several switch nands before but never seen the error in lockpick rcm. I didn't try to dump keys on the rebuilt nand so I'm not sure if those errors are normal for rebuilt nand.

Can you compare the dumped keys on a computer? See if you can find any difference

Solved!
After i restore my dump, i have proceed with delete 8000000000000120 in System/save and replace with same file from a-18.0.1_exFAT generated with my prod.key and emmuchacc and obviously fw 18.0.1 thank you for every advice or support.
Now i have proceed in maintenance mode and initialized cleaning.

Other advice for clean system and try to go online?

I checked another time with usb gpp and NXnandmanager and i found save folder with 66 files, why is it not deleted? In a-18.0.1_exFAT i have only 2 files 120 and 000.

Any advice? I done clean in maintenance mode with sysmmc and directly OFW. Is there a list in order to identify any savings?

could you describe in more detail how you did it, I'm a beginner and I have the same problem. I have a black screen and neither OFW nor CFW works, nothing works, just a black screen, but Hekate works and lockpick also works flawlessly.

Id advise not modding until support ended for the current switch but of course simps for giving the middle finger will laugh at common sense.
