    Hey guys I have a really serious problem.I cant gain wieght. what are some foods that make you gain wieght.How do fat people get fat?Please help football tryouts coming out in 5 months and i need to be a brick wall!

    add 2 hard boiled eggs to your breakfast. Pasta or extra bread with lunch, extra meat for dinner. you want muscle mass,not fat.

    thanks tweak,Im currently using a product called wieght gainer and it helps a little bit. I want to be a safety or a wideout next year.Does drinking too much water make you loose wieght?Because i drink alot to make myself heavier but then it goes away.

    lol, drinking water is good for you but you will lose that water. You have to eat food that will add muslce, this also means working out, heavily! Ask the coach for some workout plans and follow them!

    It depends if your generically able to do so . .

    Eat meats with animal protein, exercise/body build or whatever and rest your body well.

    Some people just have a metabolism that doesn't allow them to put on much weight. So if you find that you can eat as much as you want without putting on any weight then there's probably not much you can do. Everyone has their own genetic body shape.

    My mom has this powder stuff that you mix with milk that helps you gain/lose weight and supports muscle development. I'll edit this post once I find out what it is...

    It's basically protein powder. I used use it in the fall for football so that I actually grow new muscle instead of just being some jacked skinny kid.

    Oh and I have the same problem, just eat 4 meals a day and always eat desert. You may want to puke your brains out at times but you'll get used to it.

    You want muscle mass. That means working out. In 5 months, having a good diet, a good knowledge of working out, and working out should make you a sturdy guy.

    Don't work the same muscle too hard, give the muscles time to heal or else they don't grow and it hurts like a mofo.
