Hacking offline list dat for NDS

well..i have been searching the latest update offline list DAT for nds....anyone here have it?thank you

I'm using the list here : http://releases.pocketheaven.com/
Unfortunately they have introduced "0463 - MAX Media Launcher (E)(WRG)" that has nothing to do here, and it's creating a numbering offset after 0463.
Moreover, the correct MAX Media Launcher is really hard to find (I wasn't able to find it, and it's the only one I'm missing ...)
If anyone know a good list without this offset, I'm interesting in

Nointro is not available (need to register on the forum ?)
AdvanceScene I don't like the name formating, thay don't have group and I can't change it as it's not user editable to something like "xxxx - name (country)(group).ext", zip with all file and more options.
I would like the same format than Pocketheaven with nintenren but with all the release (xxxx, download station, etc.) with the same numbering as gbatemp.
Am I asking a lot ?

I'm waiting for Costelo's DSArms if he's still working on it.

@Cyan While I do not keep the release group in the name you can customise offline lists naming mask.
Some words may change for the French options but hit tools -> options then select the rom naming tab, to get what you want using the ADVANsCEne Nintendo DS collection dat (which has all the demo roms and like) enter

%e %n %o %g

You may have to hit the ">>" button and tweak the names if you do not want to use abbreviations for country names.

Personally I use %e %n %o (%c) which is number name location and crc32.
