Hacking Offline installer to 4.0

I want to make a offline installer so if a freind or work mate asks i can mod their wii without internet connection
Here in Australia we dont have the LU64 and our New Wii's are 3.4 so far

i want to have everything i need on the sc-card so i can install hbc (easy part)
then following most guides downgrade to 3.2 then upgrade to 4.0e (without interent connection)
Is downgading to 3.2 still the right way, or old now

Don't downgrade. it can be done but often leads to problems and bricks if you don't know what your doing.

Ok so forget downgrading

From the guide above, MooSFV is telling me i have bad Wads',
Clean bat has just done the same

I'm not sure what you're saying exactly but the guide your looking at is old. This one is up to date.

Ok that Guide takes you to 4.1, i want 4.0
Is it safe to download System Menu 418 (4.0e) with NUSD now that 60 is a stub, if not how would i get the System menu 4.0e wad now
