Maybe the "ignore verification: YES" option can allow the Wii to boot backups or region free games without verification

Maybe I'm being a bit suspicious but in the PSX scene forum, they posted a picture of the disc and the screen of info but in the maxconsole forum, they posted the same picture and the same screen info... but taken from a shot on TV as opposed to a screen cap.

But on the either hand, it does sound plausible but it all comes down to what hackers can do with it that makes it useful to the public.

Two people have the disc now, the original guy has a pink disc but the other one has a yellow disc..

I'd remain suspicious till the disc itself is dumped then we'll see if its real

Why would Nintendo take the time to print labels (by label I mean printed on the disc) for the discs if they are for internal use only? It'd just be a disc with a name on it at most.

Maybe because they distribute them to all the Nintendo Repair Centers in the world and they also have other discs for Wii manteinance and don't want them to get mixed up

Possiblitys it's fake

-It does not require a password
-Fake fishes these definitely are done with a DVD Marker
-Pink?, it would probably have been blue
-Back up disk?, while it is an repair disc
-How can that dude make a screenshot?!

Possibility's it's true

-Two users posted about this(One from Wiinja team posted to)
-DVD looks pretty real like it's from a factory except for the fishes
-Good reason they forgot to take it out

Wow someone is getting fired!
Is it said whether the sd card is a particular type?
Interesting.
Isnt it strange that PAL and NTSC discs surface within a few hours of eachother?
its weird because the repair centres wouldnt have that many discs
but they would have multiple consoles to repair each day
and the repair centres would notice if they couldnt repair a machine because they couldnt find the disc.

-Yes, I believe these fishes were done by a Nintendo employee with sense of humour with a Marker.
-No, because Wii Sports is blue, and it would be too similiar.
-Hum, maybe it's used primarily to back up contenets to put them in the new Wii, like saves and the serial for the downloaded VC games.
-With something like this.

Let's hope it's real

You think there is only one disc?
That would be slowing down the process terribly
