Yep, the name rater lets you do this. I think he is in Eterna city or somewhere around there.

Top Right
Lower Left
Top Right
Top Left etc....
I hope this is a start for you in recognizing the letters they repressent.Its quite easy...

When you press start at the Title screen the green light flashes for a few times as if it's connecting to the WFC.

Not WFC, just local wifi (DS-to-DS).
Probably searches for other DS'es hosting things, maybe pictochat, etc.

i think it's for mystery gifts and the manaphy egg from pokemon ranger.

it cant do nothing when it attacks except tackle which is shite

Just put him at the start of ur party and switch him out so he recives some exp, or easier still, give him the exp share to hold.

1.) Wait until you get the Exp share then equip that on him

2.) Start the battle with magikarp, but then switch to another pokemon to finish it off.

3.) Wait until you get a good rod and you can catch a Gyrados and avoid the hassle

I did 2, but just about the time I got my magikarp to lvl 20 and it evolved I was able to catch a gyrados so it probably wasn't worth the trouble.

I did 2, but just about the time I got my magikarp to lvl 20 and it evolved I was able to catch a gyrados so it probably wasn't worth the trouble.

Initially, yes. But in the long run it won't make a difference.

its only 3/4 =P not full exp... unless you explosion or selfdestruct...

its only 3/4 =P not full exp... unless you explosion or selfdestruct...

well it's more than just doing exp. share or switching out alone =P.

i think ive got the exp share thing so do i need to equip magikarp with it?

and what exactly are tm's, ive only used all my hm's because i think the tm's will finish after one use??

or do they last on that pokemon all the time?

TM's can only be used once, but it learns a move to a Pokémon and he keeps it until you decide to replace it.

so all tm's contain a different move (unless you get 2 of the same)

not all HM's and TM"s are compatible wih every pokemon... check serebii.net or psypokes.com
