Misc Official Dongle for Laptop Use

I used the softap tutorial to get my ds to run homebrew with the official nintendo wifi dongle,
but is it possible to use it for a laptop or a computer with a wireless card? Has anyone done it? If so post your laptop model and any tips you may have.

Friend of mine did it. I can't say the exact model of laptop (it's one of the latest DEll) but it definitly worked.
