Hacking Odd Issue with R4i Gold (3DS)

Hey, I haven't touched my 3DS is sometime, but when I did pick it up yesterday, it wouldn't boot the main game I play. (Yu-gi-oh WC 2009 J) I've tried a couple of different copies, but they all produced a white screen after the loading sign. :/

It works with other games, but not with this one, and I HAVE played it perfectly on the R4i Gold before.

So, any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Rydian, I'm not sure what step fixed it, but I assume the Format thing worked, and it's now booting!
