Hi there! Greetings from Russian-speaking Zelda community! We have translated almost all Zelda games to Russian language and now we translating A Link Between Worlds. Are there any tools to work with .ctxb and .bflim file formats, which used in those games?

We can only export it to .png for now (Texturipper tool is able to do that, but there are still issues, though... i.e., "The End" bflim from ALBW has errors:

TheEnd_00_0.png

We tried Every File Explorer, but there are no support for that formats yet. It supports .bClim, but not .bFlim (there are very similar, but still different, if you compare this files in hex-editor).

Any help with editing .ctxb (Ocarina of Time) / .bflim (ALBW) will be very appreciated.

Up 2.

There are about 107 .ctxb files in Ocarina of Time 3D, needed for translation (locations names, bosses names, HUD stuff, etc). A lot of graphics in this game...
We really need some tool to convert .png to .ctxb... but there are only extractors.

Same request for A Link Between Worlds translation.
We need .png to .bflim here. There are just 10 such files for translation.

Anyone...?

Sorry to necro-bump this, but is there still no png to bflim converter? If not, why hasn't anyone bothered to make a tool that does that?

I just checked our CTXB plugin for Kukkii and it at least appears that it can save...why do you think otherwise?

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
