    Wow, this article is incredibly biased. And I don't even support Obama very much.

    A huge problem with America's schools are the greedy unions spending all their money to elect people that ensure their continued existence. Money is being spent on huge bureaucracy instead of on the child. Bad teachers usually aren't required to improve, and very rarely are replaced by more capable ones. So further privitization of public education would bring in competition that would in fact improve the schools.

    But who am I to talk? How dare we hold our failing education system to standards and push for their improval!!

    This. Incredulous statement after statement was slightly amusing at first, then it just got to the point of tedium and paranoid repetition. It truly makes me sad that people will believe this stuff.
