Hacking O3DS sysNAND 4.2, originally 6.x downgraded with GW menu.

hello i have what i say on the title.

i want to have RXTools, i only have the first cfw i believe; the palantine for the 4.x
but as we know doesn't suppport all the games, as RXTools can.
so i'm bored because i play almost all the games i can play with it.

finally here's the questions.
1. how i can update the sysnand with-no system update;
i know it can be done with sysUpdater, but i dont know how, is there any tutorial up-to-date that anyone can link here?

2. how i can create backups of the saves from the games i have?
thats it for now.

Since you have palatine cfw installed, you know how to install pbt-cfw. Use that instead of pasta cfw.
You have to download 9.x firmware from somewhere else since ninty removed some old firmwares.

After updating the 3ds, use savedatafiler/svdt (google it)
