Hacking o3ds emunand to n3ds emunand system transfer

So, I've got an o3ds with emunand that I want to transfer to a n3ds with emunand.

Ive read a ton of information but I guess the question I have is about my Micro SD card.

I'm using a 64gb card w/ adapter in the o3ds but I'm not sure what I'd need to do with it during the transfer since I want to keep using that on my n3ds set up.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

So far this is all I can find on it. I hope to do that same system transfer, but I'm still trying to get emunand up and running.

I dont know which method to choose. I have the standard 4gb that came with the n3ds but a ton of stuff on the 64gb.
