Which is stupid seeing as you probably won't be able to get this phone for 170 quid unless you get some ridiculiously high contract.

if i wanted to get a superior phone i would buy nokia n95 sim free and a psp has everything for hacking and stuff.

You can unlock other SIM cards to be used with it I think, so you don't have to take up the contract I believe.

I was confused with the jailbreaking which allows 3rd party apps?.

Yeah, but Jail breaking can potentially screw you over because you have to wait for some small scene group to make the next update "safe to download", which could take ages. It was annoying when I had to it with my PSP, which is just one out of many games consoles I have, I don't think I'd want to have to put the same restrictions on my phone, which is something I use almost daily.
