Yes i meant that one... i just wanted to see if you managed to get into the sx boot menu...
Bundat think that you should be trying a auto method before trying the manual to see if it works...

the manual way is to boot the normal sx os boot.dat and press and hold the button combo to enter sx menu in the options you can run reinx payload from sd card...



Bundat method uses the sx pro dongle as a universal auto load of payload by using the boot.dat meant for sxos gear dongle..

license is not required to boot into sxos payload menu../ bootmenu

I just thought dealing with anything else like the SX menu seemed unnecessary when all he wanted was to run ReiNX.
Also he got the autoboot already working too.

no thats fine,, wanted him to see if he could boot manual incase or a problem somewere then use auto method ,.. so no biggy its working for him now hes figured it out...

I usually also tell people to backup their NAND, I totally forgot to this time though.
Let's just hope he listened to you (it's not yet too late if he didn't make one yet).

to late for a virgin nand. but not to late for a semi clean one .. any backup is good for corruption..

the time you back up is what u get back when u restore.

I have not backup yet, getting late here. I will do first thing after work tomorrow.

What does it mean in theory that I dont have a virgin backup? And am I able to get back to this state if my NX crashes totally?

I have completed NAND and 0/1 backup into Toolkit folder. I copied to my computer for saving, but I am not able to delete this Toolkit folder on my SD card, can someone tell me why? The SD card is not locked.
