Hacking NUS Grabber and Xenoblade X Problem...

I am trying to download the update for Xenoblade X with NUS Grabber and it only downloaded 3 files, is this normal? How do I use the NUS program? Another thread said to use the cmd prompt version and not the GUI version... Thoughts/help appreciated
