It is a small board that plugs into the end of a nunchuck or classic controller cable to convert it to a standard 4-pin header.
It eliminates the need to cut the cable off a nunchuck if you want to use it for projects.
Since the nunchuck and classic controller use I2C to communicate with the WiiMote, they can be useful in any other project that uses I2C communications.
