Within last 2 months, how time have you replaced your wiimote battery so far?

    voting tip:
*Replaced wiimote battery set x1 = 2 batteries cells per wiimote.

It my frist replaced x2 wiimote battery set today [IMG] and I hardly play much since I bought the console they really dry-up quick?
lasted about 2 week (panasonic battery the one in the wii package) I going have to replace them with rechargeable batterys...

I also notice wiimote battery cover design are really poor and easily break the cover clip
the number time removing the battery cover and replace back-on will easily break the cover clip. =

I have some 2700mAh GP batteries. They should last much more than the bundled batteries. I'll let you know.

In some device, they can last more than 3 times longer than any Duracell/Energizer Ultra alkalines.

    Look at this: http://www.imaging-resource.com/ACCS/BATTS/BATTS.HTM.

It compares NiMH batterie up to 2300mah. Now you can find 2700mah ones (I recommend the GP brand, better than energizer or duracell, and sometimes cheaper).

It really depends on the device, so I can't tell you how many longer. I bet on 10 hours longer.

Yea I am the one using the Duracell 2400mah and 2650mah with a Duracell 15-minute charger. So far I've charged them 3x over the past month. They last quite long and have held charge for long periods of time. The 2400 easily last close to 30 hours playing with rumble on. The 2650 I've not even really tried out yet since I don't use my 3rd and 4th Wiimote as often. With school finals over I can give them a good work-out during the break and I'll compare the 2650mah with the 2400mah.

    ooooh that's really nice!
I'll buy that as soon as it's available!

I personnally had to replace the battery set once, I played a LOT so I'm quite satisfied of the overall battery life, with all the features (pointing, rumble, motion sensor, lights, buttons...)

ture ture all that features doesn't drain battery life much...

It a bit problem finding spare battery in my house, I end up remove battery from my clocks or tv remote and I alway forget to put them back.
