What he meant is that the english version already came out: 1041 - Sonic Pinball Party (U).
I don't really like Pinball games so I haven't tried this one yet.

Yes, we got this release before Japan. I know that quite rare, but, Sega must know Sonic is currently more popular over here (or something like that).

i presume a true jap release would not include

the option for european languages - which this version does !!! (1103)
hence the same as release 1041.

sega game that doesn't have a lot of text get translated even if they are japanese... so this is not a dupe and you know because the header is different
