NTSC video and color encoding on a PAL Wii

I have a PAL Wii that had the homebrew channel installed by my dad many years ago, and I wnt to get a new psu to get it up and running again, and possibly use it as an emulation machine paired with my CRT, but I want to make it display a true NTSC signal. I'm aware that it can display a 480i signal, but I'm afraid that it might just be 480i with PAL color encoding. Is it possible to use something like AnyRegion Changer to make it display NTSC?
